Meal Planning for Families: Optimizing Time and Nutrition
En personne | Vendredi 19 mai | 15h30 - 17h30
This presentation will offer a method allowing families to more easily offer home cooked meals, all the while learning to be more efficient when it comes to this often heavy responsibility. Through the FLO method, you'll be empowered with the skills to guide your patients’ families to plan and prep healthy and delicious meals to optimize nutrition while saving time - because we all could use that extra time for things that matter most to us!
