*Coffee, tea, and meals will be available in the exhibit area during scheduled breaks. Exhibitors and sponsors are welcome to help themselves to the coffee breaks, breakfasts, and lunches.

Hotel

We have a discounted room rate available at The Lord Nelson at $259/night (before tax and fees). The Lord Nelson is 12-minute walk from the Halifax Convention Centre. Reservations can be made by phone at 902-423-5130 or 1-800-565-2020, or by email at ask@lordnelsonhotel.com. CWIM 2024 should be referenced when making reservations to receive the discounted rate.

Air Canada is the official Canadian airline for this event, offering special discounts to those attending CWIM Conference 2024 for travel to and from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

 

The discounted travel period begins Thursday, May 16, 2024 and ends Saturday, June 1, 2024.​​

5% discounts will apply to standard fares, 10% flex fares & up for North America Travel. 10% discounts apply on standard fares & up for International travel. 12% discounts apply to Business class fares (exception 5% on Business Class lowest).

Be sure you select "confirmed sponsor/exhibitor" on the first page, and "sponsor/exhibitor" on the second page. As a reminder, the number of tickets for each sponsorship level is included below. If you are unsure about your sponsorship level, please check your sponsorship agreement.

This year’s swag box is beach-themed!

 

Platinum and Gold sponsors are invited to include one small item plus one promotional postcard in all of our 2024 swag boxes. Silver sponsors are invited to include one small item in all our 2024 swag boxes.

 

To avoid duplications and to ensure your item will fit in the swag box, a photo and brief description of the item must be approved by the CWIM Gather Team in advance. Please ship your items (quantity of 1,500) to us by April 19th. Items received after this date may not be included.

Additional booth furniture or items can be ordered through Global Convention Services here

 

If you are planning to use a third-party supplier to assemble a custom booth please contact us in advance to ensure there are no limitations/restrictions with the venue.

 

If you don't want the included table and/or chairs, please let us know. 

Order Any Additional Audio-Visual Equipment

Looking to rent audio-visual equipment such as screens or laptops for your booth? These items can be rented through our audio-visual supplier Encore by completing and following the instructions on the form found here. Be sure to order early to avoid any additional fees.

If you would like to ship your booth materials in advance, this must arranged through Global Convention Services using the order form here

​

If you wish to ship your items directly, the shipment must arrive during Exhibitor Move-In (May 23 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm PT). Shipments arriving outside of this time will not be accepted. Any direct-to-show shipments that cannot be easily carried, are required to go through the loading bay, and must be arranged through Global Convention Service using the order form above.

Not shipping but bringing your booth materials?

The Halifax Convention Centre can be accessed via elevator from the Nova Centre underground public parking garage. Small, portable booth items may be carried using this elevator or through the front doors. A Halifax parking map can also be found here for other parking areas.  

 

For booth materials that cannot be easily carried, there is a docking bay and freight elevators that will take you to the ballroom level (where the exhibit hall is located). There are two freight elevators, each with dimensions of 10’W x 21’10”L x 10’H. A map and instructions for accessing the docking bay can be found here.

We will be using CrowdComms as our virtual event platform for CWIM Conference 2024. All sponsors and exhibitors will have their logo featured within the platform. Please provide a URL for where you'd like your logo to direct people when clicked (for example, to your website, online shop, or a page specifically for CWIM attendees). The URL can be sent to sponsorsupport@cwimgather.com.

Submit Your Survey Questions (Platinum & Gold Sponsors only)

Deadline: April 30th, 2024

Participants will have the chance to win prizes for completing your survey. We recommend 4 to 5 survey questions. Questions may be multiple choice (with the option for multiple selections), rating scale (stars or slider scale, with a max of 10 points on the scale), or text. For more information about sponsor survey questions and to see examples of question types, click here. Please email your questions along with any helpful details to sponsorsupport@cwimgather.com by April 30th.
