Maureen Cunningham

Maureen is a coach, facilitator, speaker, and trainer with over 20 years of experience in Strategic Change.  Maureen has helped create pivotal change in groups as large as 12,000 people and as small as two people. Her work has included major business transformations, organization-wide culture change, mergers, new organizational visions and directions as well as strengthening teams from the leadership level to the front line in industries ranging from nuclear physicists to health care to construction. Maureen also works with family businesses, family systems, and not-for-profit organizations. 


Maureen earned her undergraduate degree in psychology at Queen’s University and her MBA at the University of Ottawa and L’École supérieure de Commerce in Tours, France.  Maureen is a Certified Organizational Relationship Systems Coach (CRR), a Certified Organizational Systems Facilitator (Hellinger Institute), a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Professional Facilitator, and a Certified Change Management Practitioner.  Maureen is also certified in numerous psychometric instruments and organizational change approaches that add to the richness of her work.  Maureen is a regular contributor to Forbes Coaches’ Council Expert Panels.  You can learn more about Maureen at www.upuntilnow.ca
