What's for dinner? When meal planning feels like freedom!
Virtual Workshop | Friday May 19 | 10:00am - 12:00pm EST
This presentation will offer a method to more easily offer home cooked meals to families, all the while learning to be more efficient when it comes to this often heavy responsibility. Through the FLO method, families can be empowered with the skills to plan and prep healthy and delicious meals while saving time - because everyone could use that extra time for things that matter most to us!
