Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

Led by Dr. Raman Chawla
In this 10-15 minute guided practice session, Dr. Raman Chawla will lead participants through a combination of mindful self-compassion practices including awareness of breath, body mind scan and affectionate breathing followed by a 5-10 minute inquiry into exploring their experience following the formal practice.
